Either a paper or online form is available to book Julie as your Wedding Officiant. You only need half of the fee to retain her services and get on her calendar for your special day!

Marriage License
Information and Links
Although Julie will submit your Marriage License for you after the ceremony, you are required by the state to go together to a Register of Deeds office to apply and acquire the license to be signed at your ceremony.

This form mirrors the worksheet provided by Julie either via email or at your meeting. There is no need to submit the paper forms - this online form is the best way to provide your info to Julie!
Words of Wisdom
Questions to Answer about YOUR LOVE
Each partner submits answers to the following questions, usually without sharing with each other. Julie then uses your answers to create a "Words of Wisdom" talk during your ceremony. This adds a very personal touch! You can submit your answers EITHER by entering them in this online form: WORDS OF WISDOM QUESTIONS OR by downloading the questions, typing your answers, and emailing them to Julie.
